Vacation and accommodation at VINGSTED
Are you looking for accommodation for the whole family – surrounded by nature? At VINGSTED, you and your family will find a safe base with lots of fun activities and close to several major attractions.
During limited periods, VINGSTED opens its doors to tourists. We always look forward to this.

Stay close to several of Denmark’s biggest attractions
From VINGSTED, it is a short distance to LEGOLAND, Kongernes Jelling, Givskud Zoo, Vejle’s beaches, and shopping. And only a short drive from Billund Airport.
The rooms are bright and spacious, and many can be arranged as family rooms with several beds. If you are bringing your dog on vacation, we can also accommodate it for a fee – just let us know in advance.
After a day full of experiences, you will find peace and quiet here. The children can run freely in the large green areas, while you enjoy the evening sun and the tranquility between the hills.

Throw yourself into one of VINGSTEDs many fun activities, or lace up your shoes and take a trip out into the countryside. Vejle Ådal’s trails and streams are right outside the door.

Our rooms vary slightly in size, view and décor.
When you book, we will find the room that best suits your stay – and which is available during the period you wish to visit us.
What they all have in common is tranquillity, light and a comfortable bed. Some rooms have two single beds that can easily be pushed together to form a double bed – others have one single bed. We also offer family rooms.
If you are travelling with small children, we can provide a travel cot for 100 DKK per night, suitable for children up to 3 years old. Children in the same age group can also sleep with their father or mother at no extra charge.
And if you have a dog with you, we can also accommodate it, just let us know when you book your stay. You pay a small fee for your dog’s stay, service dogs are free of charge.

Double room
A good choice when you and your travel partner need peace and comfort. Here you get a bright and functional room with private bathroom, desk and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
There is free WiFi, TV with standard channels – and, of course, a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Family room – 3 people
When travelling together as a group of three, this room is a spacious and comfortable choice. Here you will find space for both socialising and relaxation after a day of experiences.
There is a private bathroom, desk, free WiFi and TV with standard channels – and, of course, comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.

Family room – 4 people or more
An ideal choice for families traveling with two adults and two children. Here you will find plenty of space, peaceful surroundings, and everything you need for a relaxing stay together.

Single rooms
A single room is smaller but well-equipped.
A single room is ideal for those traveling alone who want peace and quiet, a good night’s sleep, and everything they need close at hand.
The room is well-appointed – with its own bathroom, desk, free WiFi, and TV with standard channels.
Here you get all you need for a comfortable stay, whether you are on the go or just need a quiet night in peaceful surroundings.

This is always included
When you stay at VINGSTED, breakfast is always included in the price. It is served as an inviting buffet with freshly baked bread, cold cuts, fruit, and hot dishes. A great start to the day for both adults and children.
The rooms do not have a minibar or refrigerator, but you will always find cold drinks when the restaurant is open, as well as free tea, coffee, water, sparkling water, and juice in the foyer. At VINGSTED, the tap water is good and safe to drink.
Another bonus of booking a stay at VINGSTED is, of course, all the fun activities the house has to offer – many of which are completely free. We cannot guarantee that all activities will be open during your visit, but if you have any special requests, you are always welcome to contact us to inquire about the possibilities.
Parking and charging stations
At VINGSTED, there is plenty of parking space – completely free of charge. You can choose between 800 parking spaces right next to the hotel, so you can park without any hassle.
If you drive an electric car, you will find 12 charging stations in the area. They are operated by Clever, and you pay via your own charging agreement or app.
