Activities at VINGSTED

When you and your family stay at VINGSTED, you get more than just a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. There are lots of experiences waiting for you – both outdoors and indoors. You get fun, relaxation and nature all in one holiday – and you set the pace.

Plenty to do – whatever the weather

When the sun shines, there are large green areas and fresh air awaits. You can play beach volleyball, have a game of petanque or compete in disc golf.

In summer, the children can have fun on the bouncy castle. Or you can go for a walk in the beautiful Vejle Ådal valley. You can also cycle along the Bindeballestien trail, which runs through the countryside right outside the door.

If it rains, there is still plenty to do.

Indoors, you can play table football or mini golf. You can challenge each other to a game of darts or dig out the classic board games. When it’s time for a break, you’ll find coffee and tea in the foyer.

Outdoor activities

At VINGSTED, there are plenty of opportunities to get some fresh air and have fun right outside the door. On the hotel’s large, green grounds, you can, among other things:

  • Play beach volleyball on one of our four courts
  • Enjoy a game of petanque
  • Challenge yourself or others on our disc golf course
  • Let the children play and jump around on the bouncy castle, which we set up during the summer weeks
  • Explore the beautiful Vejle Ådal valley

There is something for both young and old – whether you are into play, competition or just an active time outdoors.

Indoor activities

When the weather is not inviting outside, or you just want to relax indoors, VINGSTED offers both energetic and relaxing indoor activities. Here you can, among other things:

  • Play badminton, if the hall is available. Book a court at reception – and please ask well in advance so we have time to get the court ready.
  • Play a game of table football
  • Swing your club in a round of mini golf, which we set up during the summer weeks
  • Play a game of billiards on one of our two pool tables
  • Challenge each other to a game of darts
  • Dive into a selection of classic board games
  • Enjoy a break in one of our two massage chairs

You will always find free coffee, tea or cocoa in the foyer, and remember that in Denmark you get clean and good drinking water straight from the tap.
