Sharpshooter – three disciplines, one target

About the activity

Before you begin, everyone will receive thorough instruction from the instructors to ensure maximum safety. Once you have mastered the grip and technique, you will proceed to the shooting range, where focus is key.

Rifle shooting

You will be shooting with a .22 calibre salon rifle. The rifle has no recoil, and you will receive support for precision shooting. This means that everyone can participate, and you will quickly realise how much concentration and calm are needed to hit the centre.

Pistol shooting

A rare chance to try pistol shooting. Here you also shoot with a .22 calibre without recoil. No powerful shocks – but it does require a calm body and precise movements. You will quickly discover that it is much more difficult than it looks, and that even small details determine whether you hit the target or not.

Archery

With the bow in your hand, you step outside. Here, wind and weather play a role, and you feel how nature becomes part of the challenge. Archery tests technique, balance and concentration – and provides a completely different kind of excitement than the other two disciplines.
Sharpshooting takes place both indoors and outdoors. On our indoor range, you shoot at 15 metres, and in the summer we can move out to ranges with 50-metre rifles and 25-metre pistols.
