Meeting rooms with everything you need – and a little extra
All VINGSTED’s meeting rooms are modern and bright, decorated in calm, neutral and green tones, with comfortable chairs and large, high-quality screens. And we can arrange the tables exactly as you wish.
All meeting rooms come with modern AV equipment. But if you have special technical requirements, we have plenty of options and professional gear in store – and a helpful technician is always within reach.
During the meeting, we offer delicious, healthy snacks, cakes from our own patisserie and hot and cold drinks. And if you want to surprise your guests with something special, we are happy to help with everything from decorations, a fun break activity or perhaps the kitchen’s delicious homemade iced coffee at the end of the afternoon.
Meeting rooms
At VINGSTED, there are 19 meeting rooms in various sizes – from 18 to 114 m². You can choose a small room for intimate dialogue or a large room where ideas can flourish. Several of the rooms can be combined if you need more space. All rooms have modern AV equipment, good acoustics and natural daylight.
Vingsalen
Vingsalen is a large, modern and flexible hall measuring 770 m², which can accommodate up to 800 guests – and the movable telescopic grandstand with 253 seats offers plenty of possibilities. The hall also has direct access to the foyer, where you can grab a cup of coffee and continue the conversation during the break.
