We have 191 rooms—including single, double, and family rooms. All rooms feature a flexible layout with single beds that can be joined to form double beds – and are equipped with a private bathroom, desk, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
We offer both standard-length (200 cm) and extra-long beds (220 cm).

Yes, of course! At VINGSTED, we offer spacious family or group rooms. Children up to 3 years old stay for free in their parents’ bed.
If you need a crib (0–3 years), you can request one for a small additional fee when you book your stay.

Yes, we can usually accommodate an extra guest without any problem. Please contact the front desk at +45 7586 5533 for more information – we’ll be happy to find a solution.
The 2nd and 3rd floors are air-conditioned, while the other rooms have fans.
Yes, we have select rooms where dogs are allowed for an additional fee of 250 DKK per night. This must always be arranged in advance.
Service dogs with identification are always welcome at no extra charge.

VINGSTED Hotel & Conference Center is centrally located in southeastern Jutland – 13 km from the city of Vejle. Our location makes it easy to reach us via the highway network and from the major transportation hubs in Jutland.
We recommend taking Route 176 or Route 28, depending on whether you are coming from the north or south. Free parking is available for all guests right next to the center.

Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to VINGSTED. We work with Vejle Turisttrafik and are happy to help arrange bus transportation for groups – or to book a taxi.

Billund Airport is 21 km away, and we’re happy to help arrange transportation from the airport to VINGSTED.
VINGSTED has 800 free parking spaces and designated handicap spaces at the entrance.

In the VINGSTED parking lot, you’ll find 12 Clever charging stations (10 at the main entrance and 2 at Hall B).

Do you avoid specific foods, follow a gluten-free or lactose-free diet – or something else entirely? Just let us know when you book. The sooner we know, the better the kitchen can cater to your needs.
Special dietary requirements
We also offer options for guests with special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan or religious considerations – and you’re always welcome to ask about the ingredients in the dishes. We know our ingredients and are happy to tell you what’s in the food.
Please let us know well in advance of your arrival. That way, we’ll have a solution ready for you—not a last-minute fix.
At VINGSTED, we serve food that nourishes both body and soul. Fresh, colorful, and satisfying – and always with a little something for those with a sweet tooth.
We hold the Organic Bronze Label (30–60% organic) and prioritize local ingredients. In fact, we work with about 30 local suppliers who provide everything from potatoes to red deer from the surrounding area. Read more here.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant for overnight guests from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
Yes, the water at VINGSTED is safe and of high quality.
Yes. We have several cosy bars at VINGSTED – including one in Wing 4, where you can also play darts, pool and table football. If you fancy a beer in the sun, you can visit the rustic container bar outdoors under the sunshade.

When you stay with us or hold a meeting here, you have free access to a range of facilities. Indoors, you’ll find a fitness room, billiards, darts, foosball, and massage chairs.
Outdoors, you’re welcome to use our 4 beach volleyball courts, disc golf, soccer fields, petanque, and the marked running and hiking trails in Vejle Ådal.

Yes, we are a member of “God Adgang”. Our restaurant, meeting and conference rooms are accessible.

As a guest at VINGSTED, there is always plenty to do – and we offer facilities rarely found at other hotels or conference centres.
These include state-of-the-art indoor shooting ranges (ideal for concentration training and team building – must be booked in advance), sports halls, 4 beach volleyball courts, large fields for ball games and training camps, as well as direct access to the Bindeballestien and Kyst til Kyst (Coast to Coast) trails, which are ideal for cycling, running and hiking from the hotel.

Our 15-hectare site in the Vejle River Valley offers the perfect break during a meeting day, for a walk-and-talk, or as the setting for company retreats and outdoor experiences.
Use nature as an active break area that boosts participants’ concentration and energy throughout the day—or get help from the events department to plan activities that support your professional goals for the day.
All smoking must take place outside. Ashtrays are provided at various locations in the outdoor areas.
When you book a meeting room or a hall at VINGSTED, standard AV equipment is always included in the price. This includes a projector or screen, a projection screen, a whiteboard, a flip chart, as well as notepads and pens.

We can accommodate groups ranging from 2 to 2,000+ people. Indoors, we have 23,000 m² of space, including 18 meeting rooms and 7 event halls. Two event halls can be combined to create a 2,122 m² space with room for 1,500 dining guests.

Yes, when you need to think big, you’ll find the solution for your trade fair or exhibition at VINGSTED. Halls A and B are connected by the Middle Hall (Mellemsalen), and together they offer a total of 2,122 m² and can accommodate up to 1,500 participants. The spaces can be arranged exactly as you wish—from rows of chairs to exhibition booths and festive setups.
The Middle Hall can serve as a link between the two large halls and allows for different functions within the same event – for example, an exhibition in one hall, a lecture in the other, and catering in the middle.
