At VINGSTED, we offer flexible packages for a complete meeting or conference day. Everything has been taken care of – from room hire and AV equipment to morning coffee with homemade sourdough pastries and nutritious meals that give you new energy.

Easy transport and parking
VINGSTED is just around the corner. At least, that’s how you should experience it. That’s why we are happy to help arrange transport for courses, trade fairs, conferences and parties.
If you are coming with a larger group, we have a special agreement with Vejle Turist Trafik that ensures comfortable and easy transport to VINGSTED from Vejle, Kolding, Billund, or wherever you may be coming from. And if you are coming by car, we have 800 free parking spaces right outside the door, where you will also find 12 charging stations.
