7:30 AM – Welcome

The meeting organiser arrives and is welcomed by their dedicated contact person at VINGSTED.

8:00 AM – Arrival and breakfast

Guests arrive for the day’s event and start with a delicious breakfast buffet in the foyer, featuring sourdough bread from our own bakery, cold cuts and fruit.

8:30 AM – Conference / part 1

The professional program begins. We always ensure that your event is matched with a venue that suits your needs perfectly – always with fast internet access, professional AV equipment and rapid technical support.

9:45 AM – Break with “Energizer”

During the first 15 minutes of the morning break, the events department organises an activity that re-energises the body and mind.

10:15 AM – Conference / part 2

Recharged with new energy, you will embark on the second part of the day’s professional program.

12:00 PM – Lunch

Lunch buffet in Restaurant 4, where you will be served fresh, nutritious and tasty food with a focus on organic and local ingredients, while enjoying the view through the panoramic windows.

1:00 PM – Check-in

After lunch, it’s time to check in and take a quiet break in the well-appointed hotel rooms before getting started with fun team activities.

1:30 PM – Team building on the meadow

Everyone meets on the meadow for a Farmer’s Battle in the best Morten Korch spirit. The event department controls the battle while you compete to become the best farm girls and lads in the area.

 5:00 PM – Socialising and changing

Now it’s time to change clothes – or enjoy refreshments under the sunshades at the Container Bar. You can also challenge each other to a game of ladder golf or try Denmark’s longest double zip line.

6:00 PM – Dinner and party

We open the doors for dinner, party and dancing! Together with the kitchen, you have put together a delicious party menu, the rooms are decorated for the party and the stage is ready for festive entertainment and music.

11:00 PM – The bar in Wing 4 opens

Not ready to go to bed? Round off the evening in good company with a glass of wine, a beer or a drink at the bar. At 2:00 a.m., we say good night and thank you for the evening – and luckily, it’s not far to a good night’s sleep.

A meeting for two – or a couple of thousand

With a huge outdoor area, 536 beds, 18 meeting rooms and 7 halls, there is virtually no event we cannot accommodate.

Two of the halls can be converted into conference, concert or party venues with room for 1,500 dining guests. Are you even more peorple, we can solve that too – with professionalism and great flexibility. Because that’s just how we do things here at VINGSTED.
