Restaurant 1 – a great start to the day
Breakfast is served in Restaurant 1, just around the corner from the reception. Here you can fill your plate with everything from crispy bacon and eggs to fruit and yoghurt. The bread is freshly baked and the coffee is freshly brewed.
If you have children with you, there is also something they will like. High chairs are available so that everyone can sit comfortably.
VINGSTED’s summer kitchen
During the summer holidays, we invite our holiday guests to enjoy cosy summer evenings with seasonal dishes.
Depending on this year’s summer menu, you can look forward to a summer buffet, an outdoor barbecue or a seasonal menu served in our restaurant.
Our dishes are prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, crisp salads and family favourites that children love too.
VINGSTED has been awarded the Danish Organic Dining Label in bronze, meaning that 30–60% of the ingredients we use are organic.
Are you staying with us for a meeting, conference or corporate event? Our conference menus are based on seasonal ingredients and are updated regularly, ensuring there is always something new to enjoy.
